The Falls Banquet by EventRoostr is a full service well established wedding and special events venue.
We are looking for full time experienced and reliable banquet servers for weekends for immediate hire.
Candidates should be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, have attention to detail, ability to work
well in a team setting, and must have availability nights and weekends. Must also have reliable
transportation.

Responsibilities include accommodating all guests and responsible for setting tables with all proper
tableware, serving food, refilling beverages, removing used dishes from tables, cleaning up and flipping
the space for the next event, and assisting in additional tasks to help facilitate smooth and efficient
service. Requires extremely courteous and professional mannerisms at all times to the guests,
customers, and team.

work well in a team setting, and must have availability nights and weekends. Must also have reliable
transportation.

Responsibilities include accommodating all guests and have an extremely courteous and professional
mannerisms at all times to the guests, customers, and team. Must keep the bar area clean and
organized, maintaining all sanitation standards of the business and local food and beverage laws. Serve
drinks responsibly, monthly alcohol inventory count and maintenance. Cleaning up and flipping the space
for the next event, and assisting in additional tasks to help facilitate smooth and efficient service.

Responsibilities include accommodating all guests and responsible for supervising set up with all proper
tableware, preparation, serving food, cleaning up, tear down and flip of banquet space. Coordinate with
kitchen and staff with kitchen, food, and supplies inventory. Training of staff and scheduling employees
and assisting in additional tasks to help facilitate smooth and efficient service. Requires extremely
courteous and professional mannerisms at all times to the guests, customers, and team.

hire. Candidates should be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, have attention to detail, ability to
work well in a team setting, and must have availability nights and weekends. Must also have reliable
transportation.

Responsibilities include effectively managing day of operation for events on-site and off-site, maintain
scheduling and duties for staff, supervise cleanliness of spaces as well as turn down and flip, schedule
and maintain food tastings, respond to client emails, coordinate with clients for details and set up for their
contract, schedule and notify vendors of events they are apart of. Requires extremely courteous and
professional mannerisms at all times to the guests, customers, and team.

We are looking for an full time experienced and reliable Maitre D for weekends for immediate hire.
Candidates should be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, have attention to detail, ability to work
well in a team setting, and must have availability nights and weekends. Must also have reliable
transportation.

Responsibilities include reviewing all details of wedding with client as well as with Events Coordinator.
Greet clients day of event and escort them to bridal suite and ensure all programming and set up is
correct and complete. Run through rehearsal week of event. Coordinate with vendors throughout the day.
Handle any questions or concerns that may arise throughout the day. Assist with tear down and flip of
space for next event. Requires extremely courteous and professional mannerisms at all times to the
guests, customers, and team.

We are looking for an full time experienced and reliable houseman for week/weekend work for immediate
hire. Candidates should be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, have attention to detail, ability to
work well in a team setting, and must have availability nights and weekends. Must also have reliable
transportation.

Responsibilities include completing all set up and breakdowns of events accordingly. Cleaning, detailing,
sanitizing, and maintain banquet rooms and storage areas and bathrooms.. Assist other
staff/management with other responsibilities and duties. Coordinate with kitchen staff and service
manager for storage and inventory and day to day kitchen duties. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and
stand for long periods of time. Requires extremely courteous and professional mannerisms at all times to
the guests, customers, and team.
